How To Get The Russian Federations I.P.

Follow these steps:

Go to the Russian Government website, http://government.ru/en/

And do a "info" scan for the I.P. at http://check-host.net

Find the I.P. (Right now there is the I.P.: 95.173.136.168)

Now do a deep traceroute, if you have a good program, and locate their ISP I.P. address: 188.128.72.2

Underneath this I.P. literally reads the words "The Russian Federation."

I simply localized the lowest I.P. on the list, to get as close to the source as possible.

This I.P. may be variable, and changing, but they've both gotten back-scanned by me before, and I know

How easy their I.P. is to get for nuking or cyber-defense purposes

And other security reasons.
