I heard Amy talk about her interest in runes, and she also drew all the symbols for me on four pieces of paper I saved.

She whispered, sublimely, "the j is death." I found out it represents seasons.

Underneath one of the windows, in an area off to the side, I found a small rune-stone with the letter j on it, with the dot above the j.

It was from an actual magic kit, I think.

I put it in my pocket, out of all the rocks, it was probably the smallest one.

The J actually represents seasons, in encodement.
