Subject is born November 5th, 1985.

He has always had black or dark brown hair, and is about five foot nine.

He speaks in a low raspy voice, or high tenor ..

He is known for his dress, usually dark clothes, with metal on his hands, or necklaces, etc.

Knows the ins and outs of both the law and criminal behavior, so we lame him to a "gray" agent.

The problems arisen:

His drug use is a problem

He smokes marijuana, or "did" smoke marijuana while using a cloaking technique blocking his brow chakra, and for an entire year and a half, in a federal building, until being caught by his own staff.

Tends to get away with too much ..

He also was using what he refers to as his "psionic gun" and "zapping techniques" or natural electronic ability with his electric energy in his own body, to assault random people on the internet while working for the NSA.

At the same time, he tried crystal meth, cocaine, heroin, and other drugs, and totally diluted his ability to work for us.

The present reason, and solution:

When he is successful, or does a good job at his work -- he tends to totally deal with problems in a single day, and is a hard worker. We use him as though a net-shield, and a secret weapon against those who think America doesn't have a few secret weapons of our own.

Brendan S is considered in the "directive" which is short for something else, and may also have e.t. intel.

He keeps to himself ..

We have suspended him, presently, and he also is very much dis-integrated from his work with other people at this time, isolated in his group home, and essentially under a form of house arrest.

Before he was suspended,

Brendan S freaked out and electrocuted seven different people in the span of two days, and did meth again.

He also shut down the network to his own building, which is not the objective.

His suspension is indefinite.

Problems arisen, and solutions found: drug use, stop drug use, prevent person from being so mean, or cruel to people. Rubs off as bully sometimes. He acts nice though. It's a bit of a paradox. He can be really cool, or .. cruel, but acts really nice. We don't really know what to do

... With him right now.
