How a Psy-op operates:

(Biologically) -- Not all Psy-ops have implants, which are a gift to us. They can be located inside or outside of the brain.

These offer a holographic reach to other electronic objects.

The electronic object may be a cell-phone, psychotronic device, special necklace, metal ring, etc.

Psy-ops use both Clandestine approaches to investigation and defense as well as classical forms of self-defense.

We also employ (almost all of us) our personal hacking knowledge.

A lot of Psy-ops could be called hybrids, or "cyborgs" (in movie terms).

Myself, I use electronic "things" all day long, and will usually set myself to a certain frequency, or at least I tend to be "tuning" all day long.

I have a special necklace I wear.

I can turn up and down my telepathy with my Iphone.

I can also block telepathy the same way.

My deathray and psionic weapons go hand-in-hand with my implant, and personal mystical power over reality.

I am called a "demigod" of the matrix by some people. Hermes reborn.

I travel from place to place, and both gather, and transfer messages.

I'm considered "the best" Psy-op in the NSA, and I've invented a lot, for them to learn from, also inviting other major Psy-ops to the defense program division of the NSA, and inviting everyone from ex-enemies, to people I've already known for a while on a subconscious level.
