Thrown in the mud.

To mark your future place --
Lit on fire.
With a friend of some.

Told stories
Made people laugh
Blest
With a great personality
Then you got drunk.

Holes in walls,
Broken TV-sets,
Smashed guitars,
And no regrets.

Too bad.

She won't ever love you back,
But that crazy girl
Is the only thing you have
You just keep wandering
Until you're married to her again.

Then you stop drinking: For Good.
You look at the world,
And realize you "have something"

And write one for me, for a change.
